Order Processing & Timelines

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively serve customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure we provide the best possible service and protection for our domestic clients.

  • Damaged Goods: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
