We use heavy-duty, 16-gauge steel combined with a specialized powder-coating finish. This ensures your sign is rust-proof and built to last a lifetime, even in harsh weather conditions.

3. Will my product look exactly like the photos?

Since each piece is custom laser-cut and hand-finished, you may notice slight variations in the fine details. This ensures that your sign is a truly one-of-a-kind original.

4. Can these signs be used outdoors?

Absolutely! Our signs are specifically engineered to be 100% waterproof and weather-resistant. They are perfect for outdoor gates, barns, or garden entrances.

5. How does the personalization work?

Simply enter your desired text (Name, Address, or Date) in the "Personalization Box" before checkout. Our designers will then precision-cut your details directly into the steel.

6. What if I entered the wrong text for my order?

Please contact us via email within 12 hours. Because each sign is custom-cut permanently into metal, we cannot modify details once the production process has begun.

7. How long is the processing and shipping time?

Every custom piece is carefully inspected within 1–2 business days. After processing, standard shipping within the USA typically takes 3–5 business days.

8. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for non-personalized items within 30 days. However, personalized signs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
